SAN TAN VALLEY — Two 18-year-old San Tan Valley men are facing criminal charges after they allegedly broke into a family’s home and one of them pointed a gun at one of the victims.

According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Nikolas A. Lopez, 18, is charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct with a weapon and Andy F. Gabriel Anton, 18, is charged with criminal trespass.

According to court records, at 10 p.m. on Oct. 12, Pinal County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a burglary in the 29000 block of North Gedona Circle in San Tan Valley. Lopez and Gabriel Anton allegedly damaged a second floor window by throwing rocks at it. They then allegedly entered the home and pushed open the bedroom doors of the homeowner and the owner’s two minor children before leaving the house.

Lopez also allegedly followed one victim in his vehicle and pointed a gun at him before he was arrested near West Empire Boulevard and North Gantzel Road.
