QUEEN CREEK — With a lineup of concerts, shows and events planned this fall, Schnepf Farms aims to become a place to have a good time and do some dancing.
“Schnepf Farms has the most exciting lineup of events ever for this fall and winter,” farm managers said on their Facebook page. “Some dates already sold out. This is amazing quality family entertainment. I am so proud to host it all.”
On Nov. 6, the farm will host the Shea Homes Good Life Festival music event, featuring several popular acts.
Set to perform are:
- Nate Nathan and The Mac Daddy-Os, 2:45 p.m.
- The Guess Who, 4 p.m.
- Don Felder (formerly of the Eagles), 5:30 p.m.
- America, 7:15 p.m.
The Good Life Festival is a music festival with renowned national and local acts on an outdoor stage and a variety of experiences that celebrate “the Good Life,” a press release from show organizers said.
This is the first year the event has been held at Schnepf Farms.
“In 2021, guests will enjoy a preconcert wine and craft beer tasting, a variety of food and even shopping amidst the farm’s beautiful surroundings. Add great live music under the stars after an afternoon of wine/beer tasting with savory bites and you have the makings of a perfect day at the Good Life Festival 2021,” the press release said.
The show is produced by R Entertainment. Live music begins at 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 6. Gates open at 2 p.m.
On Nov. 7 Kevin Costner and his band, Modern West, will perform at the farm.
The annual Pumpkin and Chili Party is planned to take place on Thursdays through Sundays Oct. 1-30.
This year, the fall festival includes 45 rides and attractions included in the price of admission, including a few new rides. The festival also includes corn mazes and fun enjoying the open air of a real working farm.
The Christmas at Schnepf Farms event, a winter experience featuring an ice skating rink, holiday theme activities, hayrides and lights, is in December.
