Arrests

Wednesday

  • Bernadino Hernandez, 46, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Brittani Daniels, 31, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Thursday

  • Alfred Dawahoya, 46, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Dontrae Love, 26, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/metabolite.
  • Scott Gustavson, 34, was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation and a warrant.
  • Antonio Mejia, 30, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and a drug paraphernalia violation.
  • Luis Alvarez Silvas, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, a probation violation and possession of dangerous drugs.
  • Michael Jones, 36, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/vapors/combo, super extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.20, liquor laws-driver/passenger consuming, aggravated DUI with passenger under 15, DUI with a BAC of 0.08 or more and extreme DUI with a BAC of 0.15 to 0.20.
  • Joshua Masterson, 39, was arrested on suspicion of assault, disorderly conduct-fighting and aggravated domestic violence.

Burglaries/thefts/vandalism

Thursday

  • A theft was reported near North Oracle Turbine Station Road and East American Avenue in Oracle.
  • A theft was reported in the 37200 block of South Pinewood Drive in Saddlebrooke.
  • Fraud was reported in the 28100 block of North Desert Native Street in San Tan Valley.
  • A theft was reported in the 36300 block of North Gantzel Road in San Tan Valley.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the first block of North Albany Way in Stanfield.

  • A sex offense was reported near Florence.
  • An assault was reported in the 24900 block of North Good Pasture Lane in San Tan Valley.
  • A sex offense was reported in San Tan Valley.
