SAN MANUEL — Tommy Joe Windham, 41, was booked into the Pinal County jail after he was arrested for burglarizing the San Manuel K-12 School.
In fact, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office says he broke into the school several times, causing over $10,000 in damage to three security doors and a security roll-down gate. He is also accused of stealing many items from the school during the repetitive burglaries.
He was arrested on Jan. 27 and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.
He is charged with aggravated criminal damage, a Class 4 felony, and third-degree burglary, also a Class 4 felony.
He is a resident of the San Manuel community.
