CASA GRANDE — Ruth Eugenia Cuellar, 49, died on Nov. 21, 2019, in Casa Grande, surrounded by her family.
Ms. Cuellar was born on Dec. 25, 1969, in Florence, a daughter of Eugenio S. and Rosa M. Cuellar and the youngest of eight siblings. She enjoyed doing art, which was always inspired by her love for others. She loved to “boogie,” but most of all she loved to put a smile on everyone’s face.
She loved the Lord and her family very much and knew and acknowledged the power of God in her life. She was an overcomer and excelled in many areas of her life, despite any physical challenges. This allowed her to achieve academic success by obtaining an associate degree from Mesa Community College.
She is survived by siblings Miriam Lares of Tucson, Ted Cuellar of Casa Grande, Delilah Mena of Casa Grande, Adriana Ortega of Mesa, Jocabed Kraaz of Coolidge, Eugene Cuellar Jr. of Hawthorne, New Jersey, and Paul Cuellar of Eloy. She was preceded in death by her mother and a niece.
Celebration of life at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, at Estrella Community Church in Toltec.
