CASA GRANDE — Ronald Paul "Ron" Horneman, 78, died on April 8, 2021.
Mr. Horneman was born on Jan. 1, 1943, in Eldorado, Pennsylvania, and was a son of John and Dorothy (Redic) Horneman, the youngest of his family of two brothers and a sister. He worked tirelessly in different industries over the course of his professional career. His dedication and professionalism were always held in high regard and helped guide his family with their own aspirations.
He married his high school sweetheart, Beverly "Bev" (Jameson) Horneman, on Feb. 20, 1965, in Parker, Pennsylvania. His religious faith, his love for his family and their dog, Bogie, participating in local chess tournaments and watching his favorite actor, John Wayne, were just a few of his many passions. He was known for his loving heart and wonderful sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years; three adult children, Rhonda Joplin of Queen Creek, Steven Horneman of Pueblo, Colorado, Richie Horneman of Gilbert; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Susanne Horneman, in December.
