CASA GRANDE — Jose Manuel Piñon, 73, of Casa Grande died on April 21, 2021, at home.
Mr. Piñon was born on March 20, 1948, in El Paso County, Texas, and was a son of Thomas M. and Nicolasa Garcia Piñon. He was a truck driver, backhoe operator and mason.
He enjoyed raising livestock, music, dancing, fishing, entertaining his family and life.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Hortencia; four sons and daughters, Henry, Jose and Yolanda Piñon and Isabel Piñon Bell, all of Casa Grande; two brothers, Raul and Richard Piñon; 10 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by seven sisters, Isabel Campa, Rosa Dryden, Tomasa Perez, Connie Ornelas, Martha Ashley, Francis and Esther Piñon, and four brothers, Reyes, Martin, Pedro and Rosendo Piñon.
Memorial Mass celebrated at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 30, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery.
