BLACKWATER — Arthur E. Valenzuela, 57, of Blackwater died on Nov. 18, 2021, in Chandler.

Mr. Valenzuela was born on May 27, 1964, in Sacaton and was a son of Magdaleno Valenzuela and Rachel Evans. He worked for the Gila River Indian Community for 25 years in the Housing Improvement Program and retired as a building inspector.

Survivors include his companion, Mary Osife; a daughter, Flora Evans; a son, Rudy Valenzuela Jr.; and a brother, Rudy Valenzuela Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Rebecca Jackson and Glenda Pancott; and four brothers, Leland Evans, Magdaleno Valenzuela Jr., Glen Pancott and Donald Pancott Sr.
