MARICOPA — Tydell Lamar Cherry-Feurion, 17, was arrested and charged as an adult for a string of 11 crimes committed on Feb. 6 and Feb. 19.

Cherry-Feurion is charged with disorderly conduct, domestic violence disorderly conduct, two counts of criminal damage, threatening or intimating words, resisting arrest, two counts of aggravated assault of a police officer, theft of a vehicle, unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle and driving under the influence of liquor and/or drugs.

Cherry-Feurion was already on juvenile probation at the time of the arrest and is being charged as an adult.

According to court records, Cherry-Feurion was adjudicated of a theft on June 3 and placed on probation. He was again adjudicated for minor in possession of a firearm on Feb. 14.

He was already on probation until he was 18 before these recent arrests.

He remains in the county jail pending the posting of a $15,000 secured bond.

Cherry-Feurion is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on March 2.
