DUDLEYVILLE – A 67-year-old Dudleyville man is facing charges after he allegedly pulled a gun on his neighbors.

According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Gary D. Perdue is charged with disorderly conduct with a weapon and threatening.

Pinal County Sheriff’s deputies were called out at 5:56 p.m. on Jan. 16 to a home in the 78200 block of East San Pedro Road in Dudleyville. Witnesses told deputies that Perdue allegedly got into a dispute over a civil matter with some of his neighbors. Then he allegedly pulled a revolver from his pocket, waived it around and pointed it at the feet of one of the neighbors saying that it would create a large hole in the neighbor.

When officers went to Perdue’s home, he allegedly refused to come out, at first. He later came out of the house and was taken into custody around 7:09 p.m. Perdue allegedly told officers that he had been drinking that day.
