PICACHO — The driver of a semi-truck that rolled over on Interstate 10 early Wednesday morning received only minor injuries.

The single-vehicle accident happened at 4:43 a.m. near milepost 211 in the eastbound lanes, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The cab of the truck was destroyed, DPS spokesman Bart Graves said.

The driver, who was alone in the truck, refused medical treatment for minor injuries, Graves said. An initial investigation of the accident shows fatigue may have been a factor.
