Monday

  • Rico Frank, 36, was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation and failing to confirm his identity as a sexual offender.
  • Juan Nido, 34, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Cheryl Castillo, 45, was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation.
  • Adam Bertrand, 50, was arrested on suspicion of endangerment, driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/vapor/combo, passenger in possession of liquor, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, threatening and disorderly conduct with a weapon.
  • Ivanca Fox, 31, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Richard Mills, 34, was arrested on a state Department of Corrections parole violation.
  • Adrian Pena, 31, was arrested on suspicion of being a prisoner in possession or making contraband.
  • Hunter Green, 40, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and assault.
  • Alexandro Alvarez, 28, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs.
  • Edward Carpenter, 53, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs.
  • Nathaniel Dusenberry, 19, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Leander Russell, 34, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Erasmus Johnson, 25, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • John Valisto, 50, was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of consuming liquor in public.

Burglaries/thefts/vandalism

Monday

  • A bicycle theft was reported in the 49100 block of West Papago Road near the Ak-Chin Indian Community.
  • Fraud was reported in the 14500 block of South Sunland Gin Road in Arizona City.
  • A burglary was reported in the 1200 block of West Neal Street in Oracle.
  • A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Turquoise Trail near Randolph.
  • A burglary was reported in the 32300 block of North Gantzel Road in San Tan Valley.

Incidents/accidents

Monday

  • An assault was reported in the 6600 block of East U.S. 60 in Gold Canyon.
