The Pinal County Sheriff's Office reported the following people booked in the Pinal County Adult Detention Center:

Tuesday

  • Carrie Whitten, 25, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence disruptive behavior-fighting, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, assault, resisting arrest and aggravated criminal damage-deface place of worship.
  • Rufino Nino-Mejia, 34, was arrested as a fugitive of justice.
  • Lisa Smith 54, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.

Wednesday

  • Caleb Delatorre, 33, was arrested on suspicion of extreme driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content between 0.15 to 0.20, super extreme driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.20, failure to comply with a court order and driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/vapors/combo.
  • Robert Murrietta, 33, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear and a state parole violation.
  • Henry Huerta, 20, was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of a drug paraphernalia violation and a narcotic drug violation.
  • Cassandra Kakar, 39, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Edward Watts, 58, was arrested on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a minor and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
  • James Spicer, 53, was arrested on suspicion of extreme driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. 
  • Ramiro Perez, 37, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and shoplifting.
  • Juamur Williamson, 19, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Lacey Harter, 41, was arrested on a probation violation.
  • Eyasianae Vargas, 21, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of marijuana.
  • Kimberly Hobe, 34, was arrested on a probation violation.
  • Derek Cox, 28, was arrested on failure to appear.
  • Fernando Macias, 31, was arrested on a probation violation.
  • Richard Schmitt, 44, was arrested on a probation violation.
  • James Peeler, 52, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/metabolite.
  • Eric Monsibais, 36, was arrested on suspicion of trafficking in stolen property and a child support warrant.
  • Andrew Dennie, 28, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Jerzon Rodriguez Yanez, 21, was arrested on a fugitive warrant.
  • Arick Gawenda, 24, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle, criminal damage and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. 
  • Juan Rodriguez, 22, was arrested on suspicion of a drug paraphernalia violation and a warrant.
  • James Vann, 41, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle.
  • Eliseo Deleon, 31, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Carrie Nichols, 39, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of dangerous drugs.
  • Chaka Walters, 43, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Veshsikbiah Rivers, 28, was arrested on suspicion of assault and a warrant.
  • Zachary Clark, 25, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and resisting arrest.
  • Daniel Downs, 41, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Harvey Armendariz, 54, was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday

  • A theft was reported in the 19000 block of West Mescalero Drive near Casa Grande.
  • The theft of a vehicle was reported in the 50200 block of West Julie Lane near Maricopa.
  • Fraud was reported in the 65700 block of East Catalina Hills Drive in Saddlebrooke.
  • The theft of a vehicle was reported in the 600 block of West Third Avenue in San Manuel.
  • Fraud was reported in the 2000 block of West Agrarian Hills Drive in San Tan Valley.
  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of Magma Heights Drive in Superior.

  • An assault was reported in the 15600 block of South Moon Valley Road in Arizona City.
  • Two sex offenses were reported near Florence.
  • An assault was reported in the 5100 block of East Preakness Drive in San Tan Valley.
  • An assault was reported in the 1700 block of West Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley.
