Arrests

Tuesday

  • Ryan James, 34, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/vapor combo, DUI drugs/metabolite, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation.
  • Seth Ellizey, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and a warrant.
  • Paul Flores, 27, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a weapon by a prohibited person and a probation violation.
  • Trinie Felix, 25, was arrested on suspicion of failing to notify law enforcement of an address or name change as a sex offender, disorderly conduct with a weapon and a probation violation.
  • Douglas Brice, 29, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, criminal damage, aggravated assault, disorderly conduct with a weapon, disorderly conduct fighting, resisting arrest and a probation violation.
  • Joshua Decker, 36, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence drugs.
  • William Sievert, 60, was arrested on suspicion of extreme driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content between 0.15 and 0.20.
  • Tanner Holder, 28, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault.
  • Duke Antone, 47, was arrested on suspicion of super extreme driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content over 0.20 and a warrant.
  • Jaren Johns, 27, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Manuel Lopez, 46, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Rudolph Vindiola, 50, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, a drug paraphernalia violation, possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of burglary tools.
  • Alton Thomas, 48, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence.
  • Emal Lomax, 21, was arrested on suspicion of being a fugitive of justice.

Burglaries/thefts/vandalism

  • The theft of a vehicle was reported in the 54900 block of West Farrell Road near the Ak-Chin Indian Community.
  • A burglary was reported in the 6900 block of South Kings Ranch Road in Gold Canyon.
  • A burglary was reported in the 4600 block of North Bonanza Drive near Randolph.
  • Fraud was reported in the 600 block of East Taylor Trail in San Tan Valley.
  • Fraud was reported in the 32800 block of North Jamie Lane in San Tan Valley.
  • A burglary was reported in the 2500 block of East Germann Road in San Tan Valley.

Incidents/accidents

  • An assault was reported in the 5800 block of North Dahlia Street near Casa Grande.
  • Two sexual offenses were reported near Florence.
  • A sexual offense was reported near Superior.

  • Alberto Soto, 37, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transporting dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, transporting narcotic drugs for sale, theft and possession of a deadly weapon during a drug felony.
  • Susana Ramirez, 28, was arrested on suspicion of failure to comply with a court order.
  • Andrew Guerrero, 24, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Richard Sotelo, 55, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear and a warrant.
  • Aubrey Garden, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

  • Tyler Juan, 22, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence disorderly conduct and domestic violence assault.
  • Alonzo Madril, 26, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Jada Willis, 19, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle.
  • Peter Makia, 26, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent schemes.
  • Jordan Harris, 30, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault on an officer, domestic violence aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal damage and domestic violence disorderly conduct.

  • Denzale Foster, 30, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant.
  • Alfonso Palacios, 40, was arrested on a warrant.

  • Hector Munoz, 38, was arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct.

Saturday

  • Shane Fontenot, 28, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of narcotic drugs.
  • Randy Berry, 26, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/vapor combo, extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content between 0.15 and 0.20 and failure to stop/notify of an accident with an unattended vehicle.
  • Jerry Johnson, 73, was arrested on suspicion of refusing to provide a truthful name when lawfully detained.
  • Eternity Rios, 18, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault and domestic violence disorderly conduct.

  • Lewis Renfro, 63, was arrested on a warrant.

Monday

  • Francisco Mora, 18, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a warrant.
