The following people were booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center:

  • Miguel Nino, 27, was arrested Monday for unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle, prescription only drug violation, dangerous drug violation, two counts of drug paraphernalia violation and knowing display of fictitious license plate.
  • Randy Moretto, 37, was arrested Monday for possession/use of marijuana, possession/use of a dangerous drug, drug paraphernalia violation, misconduct involving weapons and weapons offense/false reporting.
  • Avery Natoni, 36, was arrested Monday for second-degree failure to appear.
  • Maira Hernandez, 29, was arrested Monday for endangerment and driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/vapors or a combination.
  • Joseph Perez, 24, was arrested Monday for three outstanding warrants.
  • Samuel Southard, 27, was arrested Monday for shoplifting with device to facilitate and a probation violation.
  • David Nelson, 31, was arrested Monday for second-degree failure to appear.
  • Matthew Spray, 36, was arrested Monday for aggravated assault of a peace/law officer.
  • Benjamin Hill, 30, was arrested Monday for reckless driving.
  • Adam Fisher, 24, was arrested Monday for shoplifting-removal of goods and a drug paraphernalia violation.
  • Katlyn Brandess, 23, was arrested Monday for abuse with intent and endangerment.
  • Clinton Rivers, 60, was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct.
  • Antwanetta Moore, 31, was arrested Monday for assault with intent and on an outstanding warrant.
  • Courtney Karm, 27, was arrested Monday for assault-intent, fighting/disruptive behavior domestic violence and criminal damage-deface.
  • Rigoberto Tejeda, 25, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.


  • A theft was reported Monday in the 50100 block of West Gail Lane, south of the Ak-Chin Indian Community.
  • A theft was reported Monday in the 13900 block of West Noble Circle in Arizola.
  • A theft of a vehicle was reported Monday at North Oak Lane and East Chuparosa Drive in San Tan Valley.
  • A theft was reported Monday in the 11200 block of East Marigold Lane in San Tan Valley.
  • Shoplifting was reported Monday in the 1700 block of West Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley.
  • A theft was reported Monday in the 6800 block of East Las Animas Trail in Gold Canyon.
