On Aug 25, Laura L. Kozma was arrested on West Buckhorn Trail for domestic violence assault and as a fugitive of justice. Kozma tried to jump over a back wall of a residence with scratches on the left and right forearm. Kozma was drunk and repeatedly hit the female victim over the head with a closed fist to stop the victim from yelling at her for dropping something. Kozma had a valid/confirmed warrant for an arrest out of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit for failure to appear. The warrant bond is $50,000.00

On Aug 26, Jacob D. Schubert was arrested on West Knauss Drive for disorderly conduct, criminal damage-DV and assault-DV. The female victim reported Schubert being violent and not following rules. The male victim was said to have been “choked” by Schubert during the physical altercation. The female victim was pushed, which damaged a fan and walls in the room. Schubert punched holes in the wall before an officer arrive and hit their head into the wall while an officer was present. Schubert claims to have been punched in the head by the male victim.

On Aug 27, Shawn E Baptisto was arrested on McDavid and Taft after found having six pre adjudication warrants with the bonds totaling $4,638.28

On Aug 27, Elyzen F Hernandez was arrested on North John Wayne Parkway for possession of drug paraphernalia and shoplifting. Hernandez was detained for becoming uncooperative. Hernandez stole candy bars from the Circle K store.

On Aug 27, Kevin A Delowe was arrested on Honeycutt and White Parker Road for two weapons misconducts and shoplifting. Delowe and female were observed by a Circle K employee and the security footage to have taken $30.00 worth of alcohol without paying for it. Delowe was asked if there were weapons in the vehicle when initially contacted and denied having any. Delowe is currently on parole for homicide, which is why Delowe chose not to answer questions about the firearm stating he knew he was going to jail.

On Aug 31, Courtney L Podmore was arrested on North John Wayne Parkway for failure to appear. Podmore had a valid/confirmed extraditable warrant out for possession of dng drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Maricopa County Superior Court. Podmore’s bond is $50.00. Podmore was issued a criminal citation for new charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
