The following was taken from the records at the Maricopa Police Department.

On March 2, Justin Ayala was arrested following an argument at a home on Dietz Drive. Ayala got into a verbal argument with two others involving his drug usage. He allegedly shouted racial slurs at the two, punched walls and broke a stair railing. He also threw water at them. The officer on scene arrested him for criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

On March 2, Maricopa police received a call in reference to suspicious activity on Jones Drive. The caller indicated there were three white males on the property who were not allowed to be there. Upon arrival, one subject verbally identified himself as Arthur McCarty, who had a valid warrant for his arrest. He was arrested.

On March 2, an officer went to a residence on Dirk Street to attempt contact with Gilbert Hilton, who had two confirmed warrants. A man matching Hilton’s drivers license photo answered the door and identified himself under a different name and gave the last four digits of a social security number. The officer grabbed Hilton’s arm but he reportedly pulled away and the officer followed. Another man arrived, matching the name Hilton had tried to give to the officer as his own. The man stated that he didn’t give Hilton permission to use his own name and social security number. A pipe with methamphetamine was also allegedly found in Hilton’s pocket. Hilton was arrested for false reporting to a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia in addition to his warrants.

On March 1, an officer observed a Dodge Durango repeatedly swerving between the two lanes of State Route 347. Ricardo Deleon Jr. was behind the wheel, and reportedly took a while to stop before coming to a halt outside Cobblestone Farms. Deleon stated he had a knife, but no other weapons. The officer questioned him about an empty handgun holster next to Deleon, but he denied having a firearm. Deleon reportedly displayed indications of impairment and was arrested for DUI. Upon search of the vehicle, police found a loaded handgun under the driver’s seat matching the holster. He was arrested for misconduct involving weapons and DUI.

On March 1, Marcel St. Pierre was arrested at his residence for two warrants and was transported to Pinal County Jail.

On Feb. 29, David Denton was arrested for an active warrant in the Pizza Hut parking lot and booked into Pinal County Jail.

On Feb. 29, an officer observed Benjamin Cantu riding his bike near Honeycutt and Porter roads. The officer recognized Cantu from previous interactions, and did a warrant search. The officer found Cantu had an active warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into Pinal County Jail.

On Feb. 28, Michael King was arrested at Maricopa City Court for a warrant and booked into Pinal County Jail.

On Feb. 28, an officer observed Christopher White sitting in the back of his truck near Pershing Street and Arizona Avenue. He recognized White from previous interactions and conducted a warrants check on him. He found a valid warrant, and arrested him for the warrant, as well as possession of dangerous drugs, and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia.
