The following was taken from the records at the Maricopa Police Department.

On Nov. 13, an officer checking license plates at the Circle K on John Wayne Parkway observed a vehicle owned by Kelly Trottier. Trottier had two warrants out of Gilbert, and was arrested.

On Nov. 12, a witness called Maricopa police to report a truck was driving at a high rate of speed and nearly hit a curb. An officer located the vehicle on Smith Enke and White and Parker roads and observed it drifting across several lanes. The officer conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver Kristoffer Rodriquez, who allegedly had slurred speech and the smell of a substance on his breath. Upon exiting the vehicle, Rodriquez had trouble remaining upright. He was given a field sobriety test and was later arrested for DUI extreme, DUI of .08 or more and DUI in the slightest degree.

On Nov. 13, police were dispatched to a home on W. Almira Ct. in reference to a disturbance. The caller advised Shane Gay was allegedly intoxicated and was trying to enter the home using a hammer. Gay also allegedly pushed the caller, causing injury to their knee. Gay was arrested for assault – domestic violence and criminal damage – domestic violence.

On Nov. 12, Tylen Ricalls was arrested for first degree burglary, tracking stolen property and theft for his alleged involvement in an October burglary. On Oct. 23, Ricalls allegedly stole a large amount of gold jewelry and a handgun from a home on W. Velazquez Dr. Ricalls was arrested Nov. 11 wearing some of the jewelry from the theft and was in possession of the firearm. The rest of the times were sold to a pawn shop, and were ultimately recovered.

On Nov. 12, an officer conducting license plate checks in the Circle K parking lot spotted a vehicle owned by Caeser Zepeda whose driving privileges had been revoked. He was contacted by the officer and arrested for two previous outstanding warrants.

On Nov. 12, Maricopa police made contact with a woman outside the Circle K on John Wayne Parkway. The woman, Maira Hernandez, was found to have two warrants for her arrest and was arrested.
