Dec. 2

An officer responded to an accident at East Judd and North Attaway roads. One driver was seen by Florence Fire and declined further medical care. Rafael M. Pimentel, 43, was cited for failure to yield from stop sign.

A female reported her parked unoccupied vehicle was struck and the driver-side taillight was broken on South State Route 79B. The case is closed pending further information.

Dec. 3

Michelle Alvarado, 42, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and a warrant.

Dec. 5

Salvador Plancarte, 25, was cited and released on DUI and unsafe vehicle charges.

An officer responded to an accident at North Main Street and East Butte Avenue. Linda Lafky was treated and transported for an injury. She was also cited for failing to yield while turning left at an intersection.

Dec. 6

An officer responded to a report of an assault. Blu Reyes, 25, was arrested and booked into jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Dec. 7

A health care worker reported a combative patient bit him on the hand. Shaina Johns, 28, was later booked into jail on a charge of aggravated assault on a health care professional.

Dec. 8

Plywood was reported stolen from a job site near North Astoria Drive and West Trenton Way.
