Nov. 25

An officer responded to a report of an assault on South Main Street. It was reported a teacher was assaulted by a group of students. The teacher advised he injured his hand when students pushed past him prior to being released from class. The incident will be handled by school personnel.

An officer responded to an accident without injuries on North Hunt Highway. Both drivers, 17-year-old males, stated the other had cut him off. There was minor damage to the cars. No citations were issued. The drivers exchanged insurance information.

Nov. 27

Kevin G. Domingo, 24, was cited on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, false reporting to law enforcement, suspended plate and no mandatory insurance.

Cipriana Harrison, 22, was arrested on a warrant plus charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and false reporting.

Nov. 29

Brandon G. Monroy, 48, was cited on charges of drinking while driving and possessing an open container.

Jessica M. Tapia, 34, was cited on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 1

A car was reported stolen on West Millerton Way.

A woman reported upon leaving a facility on East Butte Avenue that she noticed damage to her vehicle. No further information was available on the other vehicle. Case is closed.
