Oct. 2
One car pulled out in front of another on North Pinal Parkway at Jason Lopez Circle. Both drivers were taken to area hospitals. Malinda C. Legrand, 46, was cited for failure to control speed.
Several tools were reported stolen from a garage on South Park Street.
Driver Lori K. Jones, 53, was cited on a charge of open container in the passenger compartment. Passenger Gary C. Lann, 58, was cited and released on a charge of possession of marijuana.
