Incidents

Friday, Sept. 4

A suspicious person was reported near West Estancia Way and North Emerald Creek Drive. Stephen R. Cruse Jr., 18, was cited and released on a charge of criminal trespass third degree.

Saturday, Sept. 5

An accident was reported on East Florence Heights Drive and South Orlando Street. Police determined the first car passed the second one and struck it. Joshua R. Harper, 27, was cited for no current Arizona vehicle registration and failing to pass safely on the left.

Monday, Sept. 7

Several items were reported stolen from a residence on South Pinal Parkway.
