May 18

Criminal damage was reported on South Main Street. Jody Flores, 49, was booked into jail on charges of criminal nuisance, disorderly conduct, criminal littering, possession drug paraphernalia and open container.

Freddy Palmer, 41, was arrested and booked into jail for two warrants and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Criminal damage was reported on West Candlewood Way. Erik Burnette, 43, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of public nuisance, disorderly conduct and criminal damage.

May 20

Shoplifting was reported on North Hunt Highway. The items were recovered and store personnel said they wished to have the person trespassed from the business. No arrest was made.

May 21

An officer was dispatched to a report of a suspicious person. Taivon Street, 21, was arrested and booked into jail on a warrant, plus charges of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.

An officer responded to a two-vehicle accident at Stewart and Park streets. Shannon Hindman was cited for failure to control speed to avoid collision and driving while suspended/failure to pay.

May 22

Julio Higuera, 33, was arrested on a warrant.

An officer was dispatched to a suspicious person with a damaged vehicle. Carlos Reyes, 25, was arrested and booked into jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

May 23

Michelle Gingras, 49, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of failing to stop for emergency vehicle, reckless driving and criminal nuisance.

May 24

Ashley Pina, 35, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transporting dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
