May 25

Michael Hines, 39, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault on corrections officers by an inmate was reported on North Pinal Parkway. Charging review paperwork will be submitted to the appropriate prosecutor’s office for determination of charges.

May 26

Domestic violence was reported on West Georgetown Way. Terry Henderson, 39, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of misconduct involving weapons-domestic violence, criminal damage-domestic violence and disorderly conduct-domestic violence.

Juliet L. Smith, 38, and Maritta J. Cummings, 50, were each issued a criminal citation for driving on a suspended license. During a vehicle search, an officer located items believed to be stolen from a local business. Contact was made with store personnel and the officer was advised the items were not purchased and the store wished to pursue charges. Cummings was issued a criminal citation for shoplifting. The items were returned to the store.

A domestic dispute was reported on West Rushmore Way. Alysia A. Fuentes, 23, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of assault and disorderly conduct.

A verbal domestic dispute was reported on East Mesa Drive. The parties were separated and no arrest was made. The officer will submit charging review paperwork to the appropriate prosecutor’s office for determination of charges.

May 27

An accident was reported at Butte Avenue and North Pinal Parkway. The light turned yellow and the first driver stated he thought he had time to make the turn as the other car went through the intersection. Airbags deployed on both cars. The second driver was transported to the hospital, and both cars were towed. David D. Turowski, 18, was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.

Jerome Pablo, 38, was arrested and booked into jail on two warrants.

May 28

Burglary was reported on North King Street.

Carlos Salazar, 40, was arrested on a warrant.

May 30

Weslee Zufelt, 33, was arrested on a warrant.
