April 21

Savanna D. Farris, 20, received a criminal traffic citation for excessive speed.

April 23

A bicycle was reported stolen off a porch on North Petersburg Drive.

An officer was dispatched to a report of an assault on a corrections officer by an inmate on North Pinal Parkway. Facility personnel provided the officer with an investigative packet. A charging review packet is being forwarded to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office for review.

April 24

An officer was dispatched to a report of domestic violence on East Stewart Street. Ariana R. Almond, 21, was arrested and booked into jail on a charge of disorderly conduct-domestic violence.

April 26

An officer was dispatched to a report of a single-vehicle accident at Arizona Farms and Attaway roads. Upon arrival, the officer saw a truck with its right two tires in a small irrigation canal. The officer made contact with the driver and suspected him to be under the influence. A DUI investigation was conducted and a search warrant obtained to retrieve a blood sample. The driver was released to a responsible party. The case is pending lab results.
