April 6

An officer was dispatched to a report of a physical domestic dispute in progress on West Georgetown Way. Trey Winchester, 24, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of assault and disorderly conduct.

April 7

An officer was dispatched to a report of criminal damage on North Main Street. Someone had thrown an object at a window on the north side of the business. Security footage was reviewed and a suspect was identified.

An officer was dispatched to a report of fraud. A woman advised that her and her husband’s credit cards were stolen and fraudulent charges were made with them. The case is under investigation.

Jody Flores, 49, was arrested and booked into jail on a charge of criminal damage.

April 8

A two-car accident without injuries was reported at Hunt Highway and Attaway Road. An eastbound car on Hunt Highway rear-ended the other car. The driver stated his brakes didn’t work.

April 9

An officer responded to a report of domestic violence on South Pinal Parkway. Dominick J. Martin, 20, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of assault-domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

An officer was dispatched to a private property accident at North Palo Verde Drive. The resident reported her garage door was struck by a small blue motorcycle and a dirt bike. Contact was made with the owner of the motorcycles. Insurance information was obtained and exchanged.

April 10

An officer was dispatched to a domestic assault in progress on North Hunt Highway. Deserii Miller, 27, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of assault-domestic violence and disorderly conduct-domestic violence.

April 11

An officer responded to an accident without injuries at North Pinal Parkway and Hunt Highway. The first car entered the roadway, causing the second car to hit it. The first driver, Todd Clark, was cited for failure to control speed to avoid collision, no Arizona driver’s license, no financial responsibility, no current registration and failure to yield exiting private property.

April 12

An officer was dispatched to a motion alarm on North Main Street. Upon arrival the officer observed broken glass inside the front door that appeared to have been caused by a rock. The store owner arrived and was able to check video surveillance. It was determined someone made entry into the business and stole items. The case is under investigation.

Mackenzie D. Hill, 25, was cited for speed.
