March 17

Charles Gutierrez, 57, was charged with possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia and was booked into jail on a warrant.

Trinidad F. Gil, 34, was cited for ignition interlock device violation.

March 18

A stolen vehicle was reported on North Pinal Parkway. An officer was advised there was video of the suspect. Officers located the vehicle. Mark Mullins, 49, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of theft of means of transportation, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An officer responded to a single-car accident without injuries at Hunt Highway and Attaway Road. The driver, a 16-year-old female, stated she felt the car pull to the right and when she tried to correct it, the vehicle slid and then rolled. She stated she had no injuries but was transported to the hospital. She was cited for not having an Arizona driver’s license.

March 19

An officer responded to an overturned cement truck on East Arizona Farms Road. The driver, Jason J. Shover, 43, stated the rear passenger tires went onto the dirt shoulder, causing the truck to be off balance. He stated he over corrected, which caused the truck to tip over. He was cited for failure to maintain proper lane and was transported to the hospital.

Officers were dispatched to a report of domestic violence. Thomas Rankin Jr., 39, was arrested and booked into jail on charges of assault-domestic violence, disorderly conduct-domestic violence and threatening.

March 20

Officers were dispatched to a report of domestic violence on West Butte Circle. An attempt to locate the suspect was unsuccessful. A charging review packet will be forwarded to the appropriate prosecuting attorney’s office for determination of charges.

March 22

Michael W. Flannery, 66, was cited for driving on a suspended license.
