Monday, Feb. 22

An officer was dispatched to a domestic violence call on North Spyglass Drive. Elaine London, 71, was arrested and booked into Pinal County Jail on a charge of assault.

A cellphone was reported stolen on North Presidential Drive.

Ozzy W. McClanahan, 18, was cited for possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, Feb. 23

An officer responded to a single-car accident at Arizona Farms and Felix roads. David Futch stated he was making a turn, lost control on loose gravel and hit an electric pole. He stated he was not injured. He was cited for failure to control speed to avoid collision.

While incarcerated at Pinal County Jail, Taivon Street, 22, was advised he had a new warrant issued by Florence Municipal Court. The warrant was added to his booking information.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

Paul Valenzuela, 37, was arrested on a warrant.

Thursday, Feb. 25

Ray Johnson, 26, was arrested and booked into jail on a charge of taking contraband into a correctional facility and a warrant.

Friday, Feb. 26

A male was reported to have ordered a beverage, drank it and left without paying on South Main Street. Tommy L. Smith, 52, was cited on a charge of theft.

A car was reported stolen on West Butte Avenue.

Fernando Hernandez, 18, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Feb. 27

A two-car accident was reported at Butte Avenue and Pinal Parkway. Alexandra Mariscal, 26, was cited for failure to yield at intersection.

A two-car accident was reported at Independence Way and Merrill Ranch Parkway. Gary Dunn was cited for failure to yield on left turn at intersection.

Sunday, Feb. 28

An officer observed a car parked in a fire lane on North Hunt Highway. After speaking with the driver, the officer suspected her to be under the influence and conducted a DUI investigation. Kristen M. Talbo, 36, was issued a criminal citation for DUI liquor/drugs/vapors/combo and super extreme DUI. She was released to a responsible party.

Helen K. Strayer, 78, no current registration.

Steve C. Gutierrez, 36, no proof of insurance.

Eugene K. Romero, 57, driving suspended.

Scott M. Lankhaar, 47, no current registration.

Kristin R. Bourland, 34, speed, driving suspended.

Terri M. Williams, 52, suspended plate.

Tristan J. Acevedo, 20, no current registration.
