Tuesday, Oct. 13

Richard Mills, 34, was arrested and booked into jail for three warrants, and was cited for operating a motorcycle without an endorsement.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

Mauricio G. Rodriguez, 46, was cited on a charge of criminal trespass, third degree.

Thursday, Oct. 15

An officer responded to an accident near West Arizona Farms and North Felix Road. A driver attempted to pass a car which was turning left. Cori E. Wilson, 46, was cited for overtaking on the left.

Friday, Oct. 16

Trespass and shoplifting were reported on North Pinal Parkway. A male who had been trespassed from the store reportedly came in, filled a cup with a drink and left without paying for it. A charging review packet will be forwarded to the prosecuting attorney for determination of charges.

An officer responded to an accident in which one car rear-ended another at Hunt Highway and Attaway Road. No injuries were reported and there was minor damage to both vehicles. No citation was issued.

A hit-and-run accident was reported on South Main Street. The owner said a truck rolled in the parking lot and hit his parked vehicle. The other owner was identified and located at his residence. Ray D. Martin II, 33, was cited on a charge of failure to stop and notify someone of an accident.

David A. Sapp, 28, no proof of insurance.

Jeremy L. Nealon, 21, driving suspended, no mandatory insurance, windshield.

Juvenile female, 17, no proof of insurance, waste of finite resource.

Juvenile male, 17, no adult beside permittee, waste of finite resource.
