Dec. 17

Miguel Jimenez was arrested for valid warrants after he fled from officers and was taken into custody. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Michael Silvas was arrested after he was located inside the fenced property at the Migrant Headstart stealing wiring. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. Silvas was taken to the Pinal County Jail.

A man was processed for aggravated DUI after it was reported that he passed out behind the wheel in his vehicle while parked at the diesel fuel island at Pilot.

Dec. 19

Arik Korman was cited and released for shoplifting a Red Bull from the drink display and not paying for the drink at the Circle K on Main Street.

Moises Ramos was cited and released for throwing trash out of his vehicle while it was traveling on Frontier Street.

Andrea Hernandez was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 20

Solicia Garcia was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 21

Juan Garcia was arrested for interfering with judicial proceedings. Garcia violated an order protection when he made contract with a protected person at their residence. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

The Dollar General store on Sunshine Boulevard became the victim of shoplifting when an unknown woman removed charcoal and lighter fluid. The women then exited the store without paying for the items. Officers searched the area but the woman was not located.

Reyes Hernandez was arrested for four valid Eloy City Court warrants.

Michael Norman was arrested for criminal trespass in the third degree and a valid Casa Grande City Court warrant after he was contacted after he was on the property of the Dollar General store on Frontier Street after being trespassed by the store manager. Norman was later found to be in possession of .6 grams of marijuana in a cigarette. During the investigation, Noah Beeson was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia X2, when he was found in possession of two plastic baggies with marijuana residue. Both subjects were transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Joel Tirado was cited and released for driving with a suspended driver’s license and possession of marijuana. The vehicle was towed.

A man tried to make contact with a protected party on three different occasions.

Dec. 23

A woman reported criminal damage to her vehicle which happened between Dec. 22 and Dec. 23. The vehicle was keyed and two of the tires were flat.

Dec. 24

The theft of a blue Huffy bicycle from a residence on Phoenix Avenue.

A wrong way driver on Frontier Street was located at the Circle K on Frontier Street. The subject was processed for DUI and was released.

A man found the back door of his residence forced open and items taken from his residence.

Luis Onate and Martin DeLeon were arrested for valid warrants. They were transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Trista Alvarez was arrested for a valid warrant during a traffic stop. Sh was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An unknown Hispanic man entered the Circle K on Main Street and stole several items, then fled on foot. Officers were unable to located the man.

Dec. 25

Stanley Duryee was cited and released for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.

The Mesa Police Department reported that they arrested two subjects who were in possession of a 2020 Explorer with government plates belonging to the City of Eloy. They booked it for safekeeping.

Dec. 26

The Dollar General store on Sunshine Boulevard became the victim of disorderly conduct when a man threw a card in a fit of anger and knocked a sliding business door off its rails when his card didn’t work. He left before police arrived and a summons will be issued.

Francisco Inzunza was cited and released for shoplifting candy bars and ice cream from the sales display at the Circle K on Main Street and not paying for it.

Dec. 27

Virgil Juarez was arrested for a valid warrant and driving with a suspended driver’s license. Juarez was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 28

Julio Juan was arrested for burglary and criminal trespass. A woman returned to her residence and discovered Juan and another unidentified woman inside the residence. Juan fled the scene prior to arrival and was discovered hiding inside an abandoned residence. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 29

Gabriel Coury was arrested for possession of a spirituous liquor in a vehicle after a traffic stop. He was issued a citation and released from the traffic stop. During the same incident Marie Armenta was issued a citation for no issued Arizona license. The vehicle Armenta was operating was turned over for a 30-day hold.

Nina Castillo was arrested on three valid Eloy City Court warrants.

Maria Granillo was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.
