Oct. 7

David Bruner was arrested for valid warrants. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 8

Jason Theuma was arrested for DUI in the slightest degree, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was contacted during a traffic stop near the intersection of Frontier Street and Tumbleweed Road.

Eddie Castro was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant.

Oct. 10

Pinal Hispanic Council reported property was stolen and returned to the facility, but wanted a report for the incident.

Maricella Porras was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Jessie Ramirez was arrested after she was contacted reference a possible drunk driver. Ramirez did not cooperate with the investigation and would not identify herself. She was placed under arrest for obstructing an officer and later determined she had a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 11

Santa Cruz Union Valley High's concession stand was broken into, which was determined after the audible alarm sounded. It is unknown what was taken at this time; however, the sliding door was damaged during the break in.

Manuel Castro was arrested for theft of means of transportation and theft of fuel when he was observed taking diesel fuel from the farm tractor fuel pumps. He ran from the vehicle and into a farm field when officers arrived. The vehicle was confirmed stolen by the Phoenix Police Department. The witnesses stayed on scene and identified Castro as the subject driving the vehicle. Castro was arrested and subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Marissa DeLuna was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession dangerous drugs and trespassing for a separate report.

Michael Soto was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Bruner cited and released for K9 at large.

Conrad Angel Diaz was arrested for shoplifting a 30 pack of Budweiser from the Circle K on Main St. He was located on 11th St and was arrested after a short foot pursuit.

Oct. 12

Stephanie Lunder was arrested for three valid misdemeanor warrants, two out of the Eloy City Court and out of the Casa Grande City Court. She was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail on the outstanding warrants.

Julie Sanchez was arrested for 3 valid misdemeanor warrants out of the Eloy City Court. She was subsequently transported and booked into Pinal County Jail on the outstanding warrants.

Matthew James Arnette was arrested for a valid and confirmed misdemeanor warrant out of the Casa Grande Justice Court #2. Arnette was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 13

A man reported a utility trailer was stolen from his property.

Oct. 14

Casimiro Sanchez and Carlos Sarmiento were arrested for prohibited possession of firearms and trafficking firearms. Approximately $1,800 in cash was also located. Both subjects were arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Miguel Lopez was arrested for a valid felony warrant from Pinal County Superior Court and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia when he was contacted during a field interview at the intersection of Sunshine Boulevard and 11th Street. Lopez was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 15

Between the dates of May 2019 and October 15th, 2019, unknown suspect(s) committed criminal damage, theft, and 3rd degree burglary into a residence and outdoor tool shed via prying open the front doors. Approximately $2,200 worth of tools and electronics were stolen.

Oct. 16

Luis Vazquez was arrested for eight valid misdemeanor warrants out of the Eloy. He was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail on the outstanding warrants.

Oct. 18

Miguel Montez was arrested for three valid warrants. He was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Manuel Urquides was arrested for shoplifting at Circle K on Frontier St. Manuel stole a thirst buster and later returned to the store. He was cited and released.

David Carrasco was arrested on a valid warrant and two counts of trespassing after he was contacted in the area of 3rd Place and Washington Street.

A U.S. Postal Service mail carrier was bit by a brindle pit-bull. The dog was taken to shelter for quarantine.

The Circle K on Main St called about a fire arm found in the trash can. Pistol was a plastic BB-gun.

Oct. 19

Juan Angel Lopez was arrested for two Eloy City Court warrants. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

A unknown white male subject took a cup of coffee and left without paying at the Circle K on Toltec Road.

Jaime Macias was arrested for three valid warrants after he was contacted in Main Street Park.

A man became the victim of burglary and theft when someone removed a motor scooter without permission. Subsequently that motor scooter was located and recovered during the investigation. However, none of the suspects have been located to be interviewed.

Oct. 20

A Blue Beacon employee reported that a customer assaulted him and left the scene.

Manuel Vizcarra Lara was arrested for possession of dangerous drug, possession of dangerous drug for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vizcarra Lara was in possession of 14.2 grams of meth and 3.1 grams of marijuana. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 21

Eli Madrid was arrested for a valid Casa Grande warrant during an field interview. The subject was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

A unknown Hispanic male with a tattoo on his left hand entered the Dollar General on Sunshine Boulevard and stole a 18 pack of beer and a 20oz Sunkist soda, then fled on foot.

Oct. 22

Gregory Villerreal was arrested for a valid warrant. He was later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Chris Martell was arrested for two valid Pinal County Superior Court warrants. Martell was subsequently booked into the Pinal County Jail on his warrants.

The Circle K on Frontier Street became the victim of shoplifting when an unidentified black male adult entered the store and removed merchandise from the immediate display within the establishment and left without paying the purchase price. There were no witnesses and an attempt to locate the suspect in the area met with negative results.

Yasenia Rodriguez was cited for dog bite and three other city code violations after one of her dogs bit a juvenile while walking in front of her residence. The juvenile sustained two puncture wounds one in each leg from the bite.

Oct. 24

A man became the victim of assault, disorderly conduct and 1st degree criminal trespass when Aaron Listo entered his fenced residential yard, after being trespassed from the property earlier in the day.

Josephine Martinez was issued a citation for driving on a revoked license. The vehicle was towed.

Adam Ruiz was arrested on valid warrants and charged with possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Kylie Turley cited and released for disorderly conduct.

Oct. 25

Juan Alvarado was arrested for an open container in a motor vehicle, when he was stopped for a traffic violation at Frontier Street and Washington Street. He was cited and released.

Unknown subject(s) damaged the LED sign at the Toltec Community Center.

Abraham Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful flight from LEO, reckless driving and endangerment.

Oct. 26

Francisco Jimenez was cited and released for suspended license.

An unknown suspect collided with several vehicles parked directly in front of the Rock N Rodeo Bar. The suspect fled on foot and was last seen running southwest. Officers attempted to locate the suspect, but was not located.

Freddie Maldonado Jr. was arrested for two valid Eloy City Court warrants. He was booked on the warrants and later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

David Dresden fled on foot from a traffic stop in the area of 11th Street and Adams Street. A wants/warrant check indicated he had a felony warrant. Officers located Dresden hiding in the backyard of a residence. He was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

The manager at the Hacienda Mobile Home Park reported several windows broken out from a trailer.

Oct. 27

Marissa Flores was cited and released for having an unruly gathering. A red tag was then placed on her residence.

Stephen Daniel Tapia was arrested on one misdemeanor warrant out of Eloy Justice Court #3 and five misdemeanor warrants out of Eloy City Court. He was transported to the Pinal County Adult Detention Center and booked on the warrants.

Oct. 29

Marquise Williams was arrested for a warrant during an field interview. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Rudulfo Vargas was arrested for three valid misdemeanor warrants. One out of the Eloy City Court, another out of the Casa Grande City Court and the third out of Tucson City Court. Vargas was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail on the above listed warrants.

Michael Osborne was cited and released for a hit and run, no license and no proof of insurance after he got into a two vehicle accident near Eleven Mile Corner Road and Highway 84, then fled the scene. A DUI investigation was conducted and DUI charges are pending. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.

Oct. 30

Edward Castro had 11 valid Eloy City Court warrants. He was arrested and subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.
