Dec. 30

Reginald Montijo was arrested for a warrant. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Jorge Lopez was arrested for DUI and criminal damage after he ran into a fence near the 400 block of west 10th St. Eloy, AZ. His vehicle was turned over to Johnny’s towing. Lopez was turned over to Border Patrol after it was determined he was in the U.S. illegally.

Crisna Salas was cited for no license and an her vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

Dec. 31

A woman reported a violation of an order of protection after Samuel Ruiz left a note on her vehicle. Ruiz was arrested for the violation. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Enrique Ortega was arrested for several valid warrants. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Desiree Lugo was cited and released for driving on a suspended license.

Roy Olveda was cited and released for open container in public.

The Circle K on Main Street became the victim of theft when an unknown suspect paid for one bail of wood but removed two from the store.

Jan. 1

Matthew Montoya was arrested for disorderly conduct with a weapon, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia (x2) when he went to a residence carrying a baseball bat to confront a male subject. Montoya was found to be in possession of a folded piece of aluminum foil with burnt areas and a white substance inside and a blue straw with burnt ends that had a white powdery residue inside of it. The white substance was later tested and flashed positive for cocaine. Montoya was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail for the listed charges.

Petro Fuel Island on Sunland Gin Road became the victim of theft when a fraudulent $50 dollar bill was located amongst the money in the cashier’s drawer. It is unknown when the fraudulent bill was introduced to the money till. The manager believes the $50 dollar bill has been in circulation for more than a day.

Jan. 2

Rudolfo Vargas was arrested for possession of dangerous drug and was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Hector Quijada was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant and Caitlyn Garcia was arrested for a valid felony and misdemeanor warrant. Both subjects were transported to the Pinal County jail.

Angelica Marrufo was arrested for two valid Eloy City Court warrants.

Jan. 4

Miguel Moreno was arrested for theft of means of transportation and burglary. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Brooke Manuel was cited and released for DUI .08 or above and DUI slightest degree. Karin Smith was cited and released for open container. Vehicle was turned over to Johnny’s Towing.

Rigoberto Tejada was arrested for two valid Eloy City Court warrants during a traffic stop.

Jan. 5

Jose Garduno was arrested for person under 21 years of age driving a motor vehicle with spirituous liquor in body, DUI slightest degree, DUI .08 or above, extreme DUI and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Garduno was cited and released for the above charges and his vehicle was turned over for a 30 day hold.

Jan. 6

A man became the victim of theft when an unknown person(s) stole two large vehicle gates from his property.

Maria Gomez was issued a civil citation for No License when she was contacted during a traffic stop.

Jan. 8

Crystal Orosco was arrested for shoplifting beer from the Flying J. She was cited and released.

Bobby Ibarra was arrested for two valid misdemeanor warrants, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. During a search incident to arrest, 2.7 grams of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe with meth residue was located on his person. Ibarra was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Jan. 9

Duriel Hairston was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant. Hairston was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Matthew Mata was arrested for a valid warrant out of Casa Grande. Mata was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

David Bruner was arrested for four valid Eloy City Court warrants. He was also issued a citation for a suspended license..The vehicle was turned over for a 30-day hold.

Karla Gonzalez was issued a citation of driving on a suspended license.

Lorena Mendivil was cited and released for driving on a suspended license.

Gabriel Ruiz was cited and released for dog at large and no rabies vaccine.

Angela Gutierrez was arrested for trespassing at Love’s after being warned by officers not to return. When she did she was transported and booked into Pinal County Jail.

A man reported damage to a parked vehicle’s hood in his carport.

Marquese Williams was arrested for a valid warrant. Williams was also arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Jan. 10

Ivan Vazquez was arrested for a warrant. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Manuel Montijo was arrested for five warrants and was also charged for burglary to a vehicle and theft of a firearm.

Jan. 11

A man violated an order of protection. Officers were unable to locate him and a summons will be issued.

Floyd Cade was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license mandatory insurance after a traffic stop. Cade was issued a citation and the vehicle was turned over to Eddie’s Towing.

Marie Acuna and Rigoberto Mendez were arrested for valid Eloy City Court warrants. Both subjects were booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail. The vehicle was turned over for a 30 day hold.

Jan. 12

George Ralston was arrested for two valid warrants. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Floyd Cade was arrested for theft of services when a water hose was found connected to the city’s water meter and running into the window of a residence.

Glen Hawley was arrested for multiple warrants. Glen was arrested and later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Miguel Magallanez was arrested for several warrants. He was booked and transported to PCSO Jail.

Arik Korman was arrested for a past occurred theft at Family Dollar. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Arik Korman was arrested for shoplifting after he removed a pack of shaving razors and Dove deodorant and left the Family Dollar store without paying for it. Officers located meth during a search of his wallet. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Officers observed over 5 subjects in the front yard of a residence. The subjects were drinking beer, talking and listening to music. The subjects were warned two times to turn down the music and to end the party. Officers were again dispatched to the residence and this time cited the home owner and red tagged the residence.

A woman reported being the victim of threatening and intimidating when she and another person engaged in a verbal argument.

Jan. 13

Candacy Elizabeth Fletcher was arrested for disorderly conduct after she walked into the Circle K on Main Street, entered the walk-in cooler and urinated on the floor.

Dora Flores was issued a citation for driving without a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Angel Gonzales was arrested for a warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia after a report he was smoking meth in the bathroom at the Circle K on Main Street. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Joseph Valenzuela was arrested for valid warrants. Cynthia Castillo was arrested for valid warrants at the same location. They will be transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Angel Covarrubias, was cited for exhibition of speed.

Edward Castro Jr. was arrested for 11 valid Eloy Court warrants. During the a field interview officers conducted a wants and warrant check, which revealed he had the warrants. The warrants were confirmed and he was placed under arrest. He was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Jan. 15

Gilbert Rodriguez was arrested for possession of marijuana. Rodriguez was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Jan. 16

A driver was cited and released for aggressive driving.

A driver was cited and released for criminal speed.

Christopher Reagan was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. Adam Ruiz was arrested for three valid Eloy City Court warrants, possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers responded to the area for a separate investigation allegedly involving Reagan. It was discovered these two subjects had valid warrants and were arrested on scene. Search incident to arrest, Ruiz had in his possession 14.2 grams of marijuana and a vape pen with THC oil. Both subjects were subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.
