Nov. 12

Rebecca Pomeroy was arrested for trespassing at OYO Hotel after she refused to leave the property. She was cited and released.

Michael Silvas was arrested for several warrants in the area of D Street and Beech Street. He was later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

A man reported his truck was stolen from his residence. The truck was later recovered abandoned on Phoenix Avenue and was returned to the owner. There are no suspects at this time.

Officers responded to the area of Shedd Road east of Sunshine Boulevard for a single vehicle rollover collision. Three occupants, including the driver were transported to the hospital. Officers observed the cue of impairment and a search warrant was drawn up to obtain his blood.

Mathew Lopez was cited and released for driving on a suspended license.

Nov. 13

Constantine Clarie and Jennifer Towery were arrested for theft of means of transportation, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a prescription only drug. Both women were in possession of a stolen rental vehicle out of California and were transported and booked in the Pinal County Jail on the listed charges. The vehicle was towed for a hold.

Nov. 14

Joel Quinones was arrested for felony shoplifting at the Circle K on Frontier Street. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Cameron Legate was arrested for possession of marijuana (3.7 grams). The incident occurred during a traffic stop, he was issued a citation and released.

Melanie Waltson was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license.

Reyes Hernandez was arrested for four valid Eloy City Court warrants.

Reports taken of unknown subject moving mounts to the tennis courts at North Park.

Family Dollar became the victim of shoplifting when an unknown female stole burritos and other items from the store. She fled the scene prior to arrival.

An unknown suspect(s) collided into a residence on 11th Street. The residence had extensive damage to the front entrance portion of the home.

Nov. 15

Report of a felony burglary at the Ocotillo Raceway.

Araceli Camargo was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. Camargo was transported to the Pinal County Adult Jail.

Report taken after the dumpster at Janet's Flower shop was spray painted.

Nov. 16

Issac Navaretter was arrested for an Eloy City Court warrant. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

A unknown male subject removed beer out of a case at the Circle K on Toltec Road and consumed it in the store. He then left without paying for the beer.

David Ramos III was arrested for three valid warrants. After a small foot pursuit, Ramos was detained and arrested. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Thomas Silva was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. In the same incident Marissa Deluna was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. Both were booked for their warrants and later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Aaron Listo was arrested for felony shoplifting and felony criminal trespassing third degree when he was contacted at Sunshine Boulevard after he entered the Circle K on Main Street and removed a 4 Loko beer and left through the front door without purchasing the item. Listo was previously trespassed from Circle K by store employees and police. He had previously been convicted for felony shoplifting. Listo was subsequently transported and booked to the Pinal County Jail.

Nov. 17

Victor Jimenez was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. In the same incident Michael Krueger was cited and released for having an open container in the vehicle. Jimenez was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Report taken of shoplifting at Circle K on Toltec Road.

Arthur Garcia was arrested and processed for DUI after a subject disturbing call at General Dollar led to a traffic stop of the suspects.

An abandoned vehicle was towed at Shedd Road and Eleven Mile Corner Road. The driver was located later in the day and was cited and released.
