Aug. 26

Monica Munoz was arrested for valid a Eloy City Court warrant when she was contacted during a traffic stop. Munoz was later transported and booked on her warrant.

Harmony Johnson was issued a citation for driving without a valid Arizona driver's license and was also cited for speeding.

Aug. 27

Quentin Pierce was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and Travis Niles was arrested for aggravated assault on law enforcement, escape and resisting arrest. Both subjects were transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Aug. 28

Mireya Lopez was cited and released after a women reported she became the victim of a hit and run during a vehicle collision. The woman was hit by Lopez after Lopez failed to stop at a stop sign and continued to drive away from the scene of the vehicle collision.

Margarita Martinez was arrested for violation of a court order when she returned to a residence after being advised by a judge to stay away from the residence where she assaulted someone the night before.

Aug. 29

Donald White was cited and released for driving on a suspended license. He was also issued a civil citation for speeding.

Aug. 30

A woman reported that a man took a Blu-ray DVD player without permission when he was asked to leave the residence.

An unknown subject made a hole in the tennis court fences.

Aug. 31

Arturo Flores was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court misdemeanor warrant. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

A man removed a case of beer and left without paying for it at the Circle K on Main Street.

Sept. 1

A field interview turned into a possession of marijuana arrest. Miguel Lopez was cited and released.

Sept.2

Brian Bussey was processed and released for a misdemeanor DUI investigation.

Guadalupe Melendrez was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant.

Robert Avent was cited and released for a open container in a motor vehicle during a traffic stop.

Sept. 3

Cynthia Castillo was arrested for three misdemeanor warrants.

David Thomas was arrested for reckless driving after he was observed driving in the wrong lane of travel on Frontier Street.

Sept. 4

Juan Alberto Pizarro was arrested for four valid warrants out of the Eloy City Court. Pizarro was subsequently transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail on the outstanding warrants.

April Carlson was arrested for driving a vehicle with a suspended driver's license. Carlson was cited and released.

Fraudulent charges were made on a credit coming from the Pilot truck station.

Sept. 5

Gabriel Coury was arrested on a valid warrant out of the U.S. Marshals Office and an Eloy City Court warrant.

Joel Quinones was cited and released for shoplifting from Flying J after he was caught by the clerk stealing beer and beef jerky.

Jesus Martinez was caught dumping trash in the area of Main Street and Battaglia Road. He was cited and released.

Miguel Salazar and Randi Smith were arrested for warrants during a traffic stop. They were later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Sept. 6

Miguel Magallanes was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Eva Tellez was arrested for three valid misdemeanor warrants.

Michael Silvas was arrested for six valid misdemeanor warrants. He was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Sept. 7

Breanna Orantes was arrested for aggravated assault and drug paraphernalia.

Jorge Lopez was arrested for a valid warrant. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Rigoberto Santos was arrested for a valid felony and misdemeanor warrant. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Randy Cook was arrested for three valid warrants. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Delfina Cervantes was arrested for four misdemeanor warrants issued out of the Eloy City Court. She was transported to the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

John Lee Howard was arrested for two valid Eloy Municipal Court warrants and one valid Florence City Court warrant.

Duriel Hairston was arrested for three valid misdemeanor warrants and Esequiel Tellez Sr. was arrested for three valid misdemeanor warrants. Hairston was later found to be in possession of methamphetamine during a search incident to arrest and was subsequently charged with possession of dangerous drugs. Both subjects were transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail on the above charges.

Marcques Coyle Hodges was arrested for taking the identity of another person, false reporting to a police officer and three valid Eloy Municipal Court Warrants.

Jaime Macias was arrested for three valid misdemeanor Eloy City Court warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Sept. 8

Gabriel Victorio was arrested for DUI after he caused a single vehicle collision in the area of Highway 87 and Pinto Road.

Francisco Lopez was arrested for eight valid misdemeanor warrants from the Eloy City Court

Sept. 9

A woman reported her 2016 Dodge Charger stolen from her residence.

Michael Franco was arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop at Hwy 87 and I-10. He was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

A man reported his 2000 brown Acura stolen from Motel 6.

Adam Ruiz was arrested for five valid misdemeanor warrants and two grams of marijuana.

Roque Sandoval Rubio was arrested for DUI and drugs after he was contacted during a traffic stop.

Sept. 10

Calvin Lester was arrested for driving on a suspended license after he was contacted during a traffic stop near 11 Mile Corner Road and Shedd Road.

Jorge Lopez was arrested for DUI drugs after he was contacted during a traffic stop.

A man reported his 1999 Lincoln Navigator stolen

Sept. 11

Clarence White was arrested for three valid misdemeanor warrants. White was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Reyes Hernandez was arrested for four valid misdemeanor warrants. Hernandez was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Adriana Medina was cited and released for possession of Marijuana and open container within a motor vehicle.

Sept. 12

Hugo Moreno Hernandez & Santos Madril were cited and released for trespassing.

A report of past occurred private property collision at Love's Truck stop was taken.

Sept. 13

George Cruz was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant out of the Eloy City Court, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia x2. Yankton Procela was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant out of Casa Grande JP#2 and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were subsequently transported and booked into Pinal County Jail on the above charges.

Benecio Coronado was turned over to the Eloy Police Department for a valid Eloy City Court warrant after he was contacted by Casa Grande Police Department in their jurisdiction. Coronado was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

Michael Salcido was arrested for nine City of Eloy warrants.

Sept. 14

Estella Martinez was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Julio Juan was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and two Eloy City Court warrants. He was booked and transported to Pinal County Jail.

Matthew Montoya was arrested for trespassing and obstructing a public officer when he was contacted on the service road on the Union Pacific Railroad property after an unknown person called 911 about a subject walking on the railroad track.

Antonia Villescaz was cited and released for obstructing a public official and violating park hours.

Sept. 15

Shawnee Cantu was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing after officers responded to an unwanted subject at a residence.
