Roderick Davis was arrested for DUI and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Cassandra Garcia was arrested for a valid warrant. She was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Liza Cervantes was arrested for two valid warrants. She was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Nov. 20

Marquese Williams was arrested for theft after he took several packages of meat from Food Town without paying for them.

Nov. 21

An officer responded to America’s Best Hotel in reference to an agency assist. The subject appeared to be under the influence of drugs but could not provide his name or date of birth. The officer located meth in the room and booked it into Eloy Police Department evidence. Charges will be filed when the subject can be identified.

Luminaria Residential Treatment Center reported the theft of a water pressure regulator from the outside of the business near its water meter. The City of Eloy advised the business is responsible for replacement of the equipment.

A former employee of the Little Sister Truck wash made and cashed a fraudulent payroll check for $1,700.

Precious Dental Services reported a theft of a water pressure regulator from the outside of the business near its water meter.

Patricia Guillen was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. Guillen was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Four subjects were trespassed from Roadway Inn after causing a disturbance. The subjects were waiting for the weather to clear prior to heading west on foot.

Tally Leto was trespassed from Loves after refusing to leave and bothering customers.

Adriana Medina was arrested for two valid warrants after she was contracted during a civil stand by. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Nov. 22

Arturo Garrate was trespassed from the area of the railroad near Frontier Street and “D” Street.

Nov. 23

Joseph Valenzuela was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. Valenzuela was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Tally Leto was arrested for disorderly conduct when she began yelling and arguing with a man. The man asked her to stay away from his dogs and his property, he does not know Leto and had never seen her before in the area. Leto was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

A woman became the victim of robbery at the Flying J after an unknown male subject knocked on her tractor-trailer door and said there was a man giving money away. The woman met with four men, all cheering the supposed generous male who said he would double any amount of money she had. After the woman produced $1,000, the man grabbed her money and all five subjects ran away. They left in a brown/gold/tan SUV. The woman was unable to provide any further information about the subjects.

Nov. 24

Cynthia Castillo was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. In the same incident a man left behind 3.0 grams of meth, before he fled the scene and entered his residence. A felony charge and review for was sent to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office. Castillo was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Rocio Griselda was issued a citation for driving with no license.

Francisco Rodriguez and Celene Espinoza were arrested after officers were dispatched to a suspicious activity. Upon contact a check revealed Rodriguez had warrants and post Miranda, he advised that there were drugs inside the van which were discovered. Espinoza consented to a search of her person and the search revealed concealment of a glass pipe and methamphetamine. Both were transported to the Pinal County Jail for the listed charges.
