Nov. 4

Daniel Sanchez was arrested for assault, Jack Williams was arrested for DUI, Brett Foughty was arrested for a felony warrant and Jessica Aguilar was arrested for a warrant after officers responded to OYO Hotel in reference to a fight.

Shawnee Cantu was arrested for resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine and warrants during a field interview.

Nov. 5

April Carlson was arrested for a valid warrant. She was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

A man reported he believes he was pick pocketed at the TA Truck Stop.

A woman reported that it appeared someone damaged a window to a apartment while attempting to gain entry. Officers would follow up with the tenant referencing the damage to see if anything was missing from the apartment.

Aaron Listo was arrested for theft at Circle K on Main street after he removed money from the donation container. He was cited and released.

Kayleigh Crook was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign at the intersection of 11 Mile Corner Road and Battaglia Road, which caused a vehicle collision.

Nov. 6

Jose Chaydez was arrested for aggravated DUI and DUI slightest degree. His vehicle was towed.

Yvonne Rangel was arrested for aggravated assault on a police officer after she kicked one officer and bit another.

Nov. 7

Aaron Listo was arrested for criminal trespass first degree after he entered unlawfully the fenced residential yard and got into a verbal argument with the occupants. Listo was previously trespassed from the residence and told he was not allowed back at the residence. He was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

Glenn Hawley was arrested for three valid warrants. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Nov. 9

Two tires were stolen from a travel trailer inside the fenced property. A hole was cut, no leads at this time.

Maria Tellez was arrested for disorderly conduct after she confronted a neighbor for calling to police for loud music. Tellez was argumentative with police prior to and then started a fight with the neighbor. She was booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Alfonso Torres was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop. Torres refused taking any test and a search warrant was granted.

Nov. 10

Julio Juan was arrested after he stole a bicycle. He was later cited and released.

A victim reported theft of credit cards.

Criminal damage was reported at a residence after someone broke one screen window.

A vehicle was left abandoned after it ran off the roadway at Frontier Street west of Tryon Street which caused its tires to deflate. An unoccupied 961 reports was taken and the vehicle was towed.

Nov. 11

A fight broke out across the street from Speedco on Sunland Gin Road. Both subjects were contacted and the report will be sent to the County Attorneys Office for review.

Unknown suspect(s) took a cell phone that was lying in the middle of 6th Street between Santa Cruz Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard. The victim left her phone on the roof of a vehicle and drove off. As a family member went to retrieve the phone after seeing it fall off the vehicle, a white colored Jeep stopped in the middle of the street and a unknown subject picked up the phone and left the area.
