Sept. 18

David Moroyoque was picked up at Gila River and transported to the Pinal County Jail for an Eloy Warrant.

Sept. 19

Alberto Avila was arrested for hit and run, aggravated DUI and revoked driver license. He hit a parked vehicle at 107 E. 9th Street and was later located the Family Dollar on Santa Cruz Blvd.

An iPhone was found in the parking lot of the Lucky Star and turned over to the police department. An officer was unable to find the owner and the phone was booked into evidence at the Eloy Police Department.

Yankton Procela was arrested for criminal damage. He broke the outside surveillance camera of a residence.

Edward Brady was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant.

Shauna Wade was arrested for aggravated DUI, when she was stopped and the investigation concluded she was under the influence.

Sept. 20

Alvaro Martinez was cited and released for driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop.

Sept. 21

Jaime Macias and Adeline Garcia were arrested during a field interview. Macias was arrested for three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony warrant. Garcia was arrested for a warrant. Both subjects were transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Bogar Tarazon was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Patricia Ruiz was arrested for a valid warrant. Ruiz was booked on the warrant and later transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Joseph Mosely was arrested for a valid warrant. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail, but was rejected due to a list of medical concerns.

Jose Jaime Martinez was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. He was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Sonia Rieves was arrested for three valid Eloy City Court warrants. She was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Sept. 22

A woman violated a order of protection. Charges of interfering with judicial proceeding and threatening will be forwarded to the Eloy City Attorney for charge and review.

Sylvia Marrufo was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was later transported to the Pinal County Jail and booked on the warrant.

Roger Lauro was arrested for; prohibited possessor, possession of a dangerous drug, misconduct involving weapons, possession of dangerous drug for sale, transportation of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, felony DOC warrant and three Eloy City Court warrants. During the same incident Frank Garcia was arrested for; prohibited possessor, misconduct involving weapons, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a dangerous drug for sale, transportation of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred during a traffic stop and the total weight of methamphetamines located was 22.5 grams. Both men were booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Francisco Ruiz Zuniga committed two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of hit and run (with vehicle), one count of hit and run (person with injuries), one count of failing to render aid, two counts of endangerment, two counts of criminal damage and reckless driving. Ruiz Zuniga was witnessed driving a vehicle recklessly, striking two parked vehicles, running over a person’s foot and almost striking another pedestrian in the roadway. This occurred after a fight broke out.
