June 30

Delore Martinez was cited for no Arizona driver’s license. The vehicle was towed for a 30 day hold.

A brindle pitbull puppy and a child’s bicycle were reported stolen from a man’s yard.

Steven Ontiveros was arrested for DUI in the area of Frontier Street and Shedd Road.

July 1

Bobby Avery was cited and released for threatening after he threatened a man at Petro.

A man became the victim of theft when his wallet was stolen from the inside of his parked vehicle. Due to no leads on suspects, the investigation is inactive.

July 2

Luis Lopez was arrested for theft after a victim located him at the library in possession of her husband’s stolen cell phone. Lopez ran from the library and was detained near 12th Street and Washington Street. The phone was not located, Lopez stated the phone must have fallen out of his pocket when he was jumping fences.

A man was investigated for DUI after he almost struck a patrol vehicle. Felony DUI charges are pending contract with Texas department of motor vehicles to ascertain if his suspended license was due to a DUI conviction and the results of the blood test.

July 3

Kathy Anderson was arrested for assault after she struck a person with her EZ Go Golf Cart at the fitness club located at Robson Ranch.

July 4

Unknown suspect(s) committed vehicle burglary to a flatbed trailer. The suspect(s) stole a spare tire and approximately 10 tie down for a total value of $600 dollars.

July 5

Angel Antone was arrested for a valid Eloy Justice Court warrant. She was booked and transported to Pinal County Jail.

George Ralston was arrested for two warrants out of Tucson and Eloy City Court. He was booked and transported to Pinal County Jail.

Alazia Montijo was issued a citation for no Arizona driver’s license. The vehicle was turned over to a licensed driver.

Unknown suspect(s) committed offenses of 3rd degree burglary, theft and criminal damage at Schuff Steel. The suspect(s) entered a fenced commercial yard (without authorization), knowingly started a Case 570 EP tractor and drove the tractor into a locked gate causing approximately $1,000 in damage. The tractor was later located North from the intersection of Battaglia Road and Tweedy Road.

A man reported burglary and theft occurred when an unknown person entered his residence and unlawfully removed a wallet and several bottle of prescription pills from the residence.

Jaime Luis Macias was cited and released after he committed criminal trespassing when he entered the Circle K property on Main Street. Macias was previously advised not to return to the store by staff as well as the Eloy Police Department. Macias promised to appear in court and was advised again not to return to the Circle K.

Michael Norman was arrested for criminal trespass in the 3rd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia when he returned to the Circle K on Toltec Road after being trespassed by the Eloy Police Department. Norman fled the scene prior to police arrival, but was located at his residence. During a search incident to arrest, a silver cocaine smoking pipe was located in his rear pant pocket. He was subsequently transported and booked in the Pinal County Jail.

July 6

Christina Romero was arrested for six misdemeanor warrants.

Shawnee Cantu was arrested for a City of Eloy warrant. She requested to be transported to Banner Casa Grande and was turned over to Eloy Fire.

Kyla Rosa DeLuna was arrested for two extraditable misdemeanor warrants out of Eloy City Court when contact was made at a residence. She was booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Thomas Silva was arrested for two counts of Drug Paraphernalia. Silva was booked and transported to Pinal County Jail.
