Sept. 30

Edmund Goswick Jr. was arrested for a felony warrant out of Cochise County. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Thomas Silva was arrested for an Eloy warrant during a field interview. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

A woman allegedly committed theft of a credit card and fraudulent schemes of a credit card, when she stole a black tri-fold wallet (valued at $30), containing two credit cards.

Oct. 1

Bobby Flemons was arrested for a valid warrant and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Criminal Damage to a window of the house under construction on Phoenix Avenue.

Alexis Acuna was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant. Subject was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Alonzo Nicholas was arrested for a valid felony warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 2

Vincent Borunda was arrested on valid warrants during a traffic stop.

Sarah Spardling was arrested for a warrant.

Oct. 3

Daniel Shriver was arrested for aggravated DUI and driving on a suspended license. During the investigation it was determined that Shriver was impaired to the slightest degree while operating a vehicle and he was suspended for a previous DUI, making it aggravated.

Oct. 4

Michael Morago was arrested for a valid misdemeanor warrant from the Casa Grande Justice Court #2. Morago was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Oct. 5

Jaime Macias was arrested on active warrants and was later transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

James Mosley was arrested for a valid warrant out of Casa Grande.

Oct. 6

The Family Dollar on Santa Cruz Boulevard became the victim of shoplifting when a man removed multiple items of value displayed for sale from the store. A summons with be forwarded to the Eloy City Court against the man for shoplifting.

A subject stole clothing and a LG G7 cellphone (valued at $800.00). Charges of theft will be forwarded to the Eloy City Attorney’s Office for review.
