Aug. 6

Donald Mudson was cited and released for reckless driving.

Adrian Casillas was cited for no valid driver’s license. His vehicle was towed for a 30 day hold.

Michael Montijo was cited and released for displaying fictitious plate during a traffic stop.

Aug. 9

Jimmy Garcia was arrested for DUI, driving on a revoked license, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Garcia’s vehicle was towed for a 30 day hold.

Johann Martinez was arrested for DUI. His vehicle was towed for a 30 day hold.

Aug. 10

A stolen vehicle was recovered at Selma Highway and Toltec Buttes Road. A U-Haul was located without tires in the area and it was discovered to be stolen out of Marana. The vehicle was towed and U-Haul in Tucson was notified.

Manuel Castro was arrested for shoplifting a backpack, a pair of shorts, glasses and an iced tea from the sales display and did not pay for the items. Castro was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Aug. 11

Javell Watson was cited and released for trespassing and criminal damage at the Circle K on Frontier Street, after he was observed by a customer writing with a marker on a trash can.

Breanna Duarte was cited and released for driving without a driver’s license. Her vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

Javier Calleja was arrested for a felony warrant out of Pinal County Superior Court. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Blake Henry was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was cited and released.

Motel 6 reported a window in a room was broken.

Aug. 12

David Ramos was arrested for three valid warrants. He was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Javell Watson was arrested for trespassing, criminal damage and disorderly conduct at a residence. He was booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Aug. 13

Roosevelt Bursey was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant.

Aug. 14

Jerome Benson for trespassing, threatening and possession of drug paraphernalia after he refused to leave the Desert Vista Apartments. Benson made a threatening statement to the apartment manager after he was asked several times to leave. Benson was armed with a bat, a hatchet and a machete. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Aug. 15

Steven Listo was issued a citation for driving without an Arizona driver’s license. The vehicle was impounded for a 30 day hold.

Decatur Chacon was cited and released for driving on a suspended license.

Rickey Stephens was cited and released for five counts of vicious animals, six counts of canine at large and six counts of no license for canine after five of his dogs were observed outside the fenced yard. A dog wondered near another property where it attacked and killed a smaller miniature Doberman Pinscher dog.

Aug. 16

Evelynn Thurmond was arrested for a valid warrant and was transported to Pinal County Jail.

Shawn Cole was arrested for possession of a narcotic drug and drug paraphernalia. During the same incident, Vivan Nunez was arrested for a valid warrant and was cited for no license. The vehicle was impounded for a 30 day hold.

Samuel Salazar was arrested for DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jasmine Romine was cited and released for driving on a suspended license, no license, speeding and no seat belt.

Rodrick Hatten was arrested for threatening and disorderly conduct at McDonald’s and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Andy Ybarra was arrested was arrested for a valid felony warrant. Ybarra was subsequently transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Aug. 18

Jose Carlos Gonzalez was cited for no Arizona driver’s license. The vehicle was impounded for a 30 day hold.

Analicia Alvarado was arrested for a valid Eloy City Court warrant. She was booked and transported to the Pinal County Jail.

During the investigation of a reported car dolly theft, Yvonne Alvarez was arrested for a warrant and was transported to the Pinal County Jail.

Lester Calvin was cited and released for fictitious plates during a traffic stop. Calvin was also arrested for a Eloy City Court warrant.

Pedro Munoz Osuna was arrested for driving with a revoked Arizona driver’s license. Munoz Osuna was previously issued a citation for driving with a revoked license. The vehicle was impounded.

Aug. 19

Victor Anchondo was arrested for DUI.
