A man became the victim of fraudulent use of a credit card when unknown person(s) used his Visa debit card and made six transactions to purchase merchandise from an unknown Fry’s Marketplace in Phoenix.
Eddie Williams committed shoplifting when he reached behind the counter of the Circle K on Main Street and stole multiple packs of cigarettes.
Officers responded to the area of Sunland Gin Road and Arica Road for a vehicle collision after a motorcycle collided with the back of a vehicle. Officers determined the motorcycle driver failed to maintain a safe following distance and collided with a Dodge Sedan that was making a left turn. The motorcycle driver was transported by the Eloy Fire District to Chandler Regional Hospital by ambulance and his motorcycle was turned over to Knight’s towing.
Patricie Visic caused a vehicle collision on Frontier Street west of Battaglia Road when she lost conscious while driving her Ford F-150. She swerved left of center and collided with a Dodge Journey.
A woman became the victim of assault when Shannon Stewart punched her in the face, leaving a bruise under her left eye.
Two women became victims of theft when their roommate George Walter Ralston III stole five of their rings totaling $800 and a $250 Samsung Galaxy tablet and attempted to sell them via social media.
Manuel Castro was arrested for five valid warrants out of Eloy City Court. Castro was contacted at his residence after police was called for a subject disturbing call. He was transported and booked in the Pinal County Jail.
A man became the victim of theft when his 2016 Audi Q3 was stolen. The came is pending the identification of the suspect(s) involved.
Jose Justino Lopez was arrested for a valid felony warrant out of Pinal County Superior Court and misdemeanor warrant out of Eloy City Court.
Martin Sanchez and Dylan Beauregard were involved in a vehicle collision at the intersection of Frontier Street and Toltec Road.
A woman became the victim of criminal damage after a man kicked and cracked the windshield and removed an electrical component from her 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The incident occurred outside of her residence and the man was gone up police arrival, attempts to locate him in the area produced negative results. The woman later advised that a civil agreement was made with the man to pay for the damages, and she stated that she did not wish to seek prosecution.
Between March 19-21 Motel 6 on Sunland Gin Road became the victim of criminal damage when unknown person(s) used an unknown object to damage the television and bathroom door inside room #236. There were no witnesses located and the damage was reported by a guest after the room was cleaned.
