Arrests & Citations
On Oct. 28 Christopher Sain, 32, was arrested for valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrant following a traffic stop that took place at the intersection of West Northern Avenue and North Arizona Boulevard.
On Oct. 28 Gregory Lona, 35, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after police said that he was involved in a vehicle collision at KFC, 1505 N. Arizona Blvd., became involved in a confrontation with the other driver, attempted to follow the other driver and drove into on-coming traffic.
On Oct. 27 Sheree Hall, 28, was arrested for a valid and confirmed Gila River Indian Community warrant, a valid city of Coolidge warrant and on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession drug paraphernalia while at 800 N. 9th St. after police responded to reports of a person in the area taking items from the nearby donation box.
On Oct. 27 Loren Jones, 44, was arrested for a valid and confirmed warrant while at 800 N. 9th St. after police responded to reports of a person in the area taking items from the nearby donation box.
On Oct. 24 Taylor Slaughter, 25, was arrested for five valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrants while at 236 W. Kennedy Ave.
On Oct. 24 Xavier Dozal, 30, was taken into custody at the Gila River Police Department, 639 Seed Farm Rd. for two valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrants.
On Oct. 26 Manuel Madrid, 44, was arrested on charges of possession of a dangerous drug, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transporting dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, transporting narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after police located methamphetamine and herion and one hundred 2 inch x 1.5 inch clear zip loc style baggies inside his vehicle during a traffic stop that occurred outside of 236 W. Kennedy Ave.
Theft, Burglary & Criminal Damage
On Oct. 24 it was reported that sometime between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 12:56 p.m. an unknown person(s) committed burglary by forcefully kicking in the front door of the residence located at 820 W. Gibson Ave. and taking miscellaneous jewelry items.
On Oct. 8 it was reported that sometime between Sept. 25 and Oct. 7 an unknown person(s) stole a spiral steel planter, a black charger and two batteries belonging to a “Merits” medical scooter that were left out near the patio of one of the mobile homes located at 1925 S. Arizona Blvd.
On Oct. 23 it was reported that two unknown men shoplifted a Gas Pony Torch Outfit and a DeWalt Brushless Drill Impact Combo Kit from Tractor Supply by wheeling the stolen merchandise through the south fire exit. Estimated loss $600.
