The following was taken from the records at the Coolidge Police Department.

Arrests & Citations

On Dec. 31 Theordore Angel, 44, was cited and released on charges of driving under the influence after police said he was seen driving in the center of the road and then swerving to the left of the roadway near West Coolidge Avenue and South Macrae Road. He was also cited for driving without a Drivers license.

On Dec. 31 Gust Tziotis, 67, was cited and released on charges of driving under the influence following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of State Route 287 and North Christensen Road after police receive reports of a vehicle in the area that had run over a sign and was driving in the median.

On Dec. 31 Calvin Torres, 25, was arrested for two valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrants, a valid and confirm Pinal County warrant and on charges of possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police recognized him riding his bicycle outside of Discovery Market, 295 S. Arizona Blvd.

On Dec. 12 William Taylor, 46, was arrested for a valid and confirmed city of Casa Grande warrant after police were dispatched to the residence located at 238 W. Walton for a disturbance.

On Dec. 27 Bryan Coleman, 51, was arrested for valid and confirmed Coolidge city warrant, a valid and confirmed Coolidge-Florence Justice of the Peace court warrant and on charges of possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found him asleep at the wheel in a parked vehicle with the driver’s side door wide open in the 400 block of West Vah Ki Inn Road.

On Dec. 25 Steven Gonzales, 33, was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Marijuana after police said he was found asleep in a parked van in the 300 block of West Coolidge Avenue.

On Dec. 25 Jacob Garza, 21, was cited and released on charges of driving under the influence after police said the vehicle he was driving pulled out front an officer’s cruiser, forcing the officer to break and swerve in order to avoid a collision. The vehicle was also seen swerving to the right and left of the roadway and traveling 10 miles below the 35 MPH speed limit. The incident occurred near the intersection of South Arizona Boulevard and West Sunset Avenue.

On Dec. 24 Miguel Robago Jr., 21, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that took place near the intersection of 13th Street and Roosevelt Avenue.

On Dec. 20 Andrea Lopez, 27, was taken into custody at the Gila River Detention Center, 693 W. Seed Farm Road for two valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrants.

On Dec. 20 Katherine Williams, 28, was taken into custody at the Gila River Detention Center, 693 W. Seed Farm Road for a valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrant.

On Dec. 23 Timothy Newell, 28, was arrested for a valid and confirmed Coolidge Municipal Court warrant and a valid and confirmed Pinal County Superior Court warrant after police recognized him walking out in the area of 900 South 3rd Street.

On Dec. 22 Adrian Sandoval, 27, was cited and released for driving under the influence following a traffic stop that occurred at the intersection of West Vah Ki Inn Road and North Kenworthy Road.

On Dec. 22 Jesus Verduzco, 20, was cited and released for underage alcohol consumption following a traffic stop that occurred at the intersection of West Vah Ki Inn Road and North Kenworthy Road.

On Dec. 18 William Jarrell Jr., 42, was arrested for two valid and confirmed Coolidge city warrants after police were dispatched to the residence at 653 W. Northern Avenue for a reported disturbance.

On Dec. 14 Rafael Ramirez, 42, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after police said he caused a disturbance at the home located at 1505 S. Baldwin Loop when he became intoxicated and allegedly called the police to report himself.

On Dec. 14 Jose Perea Jr., 40, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (domestic violence) after police said he became intoxicated and caused a disturbance by kicking the doors and windows of the residence located at 377 W. Bealey Ave. on two separate occasions during the evening.

On Dec. 1 Esteban Sauceda, 27, was cited and released for displaying fictitious license plates and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop that occurred at the intersection of West Coolidge Avenue and South Skousen Road.

Theft, Burglary & Criminal Damage

On Dec. 20 it was reported that an unknown man committed indecent exposure at Walmart, 1695 N. Arizona Blvd., when a shopper witnessed him masturbating in an isle. The man left the store before police could be called to the scene.

On Dec. 19 it was reported that an unknown person(s) committed criminal damage when they shattered the rear sliding glass door of the residence located at 1501 S. Navajo Lane by shooting a BB at it. Estimated loss $500.

On Dec. 20 it was reported that on Dec. 19 an unknown woman shoplifted a BIC razor, Mnl eyeliner, Lash Primer, Ogx conditioner and Ogx shampoo from Walmart, 1695 N. Arizona Blvd. Police said the woman paid for other items prior to leaving the store. Estimated loss $31.62.

On Dec. 22 it was reported that an unknown person stole a Smith and Wesson .40 caliber handgun from a residence at the Coolidge Station Apartments, 623 N. Main St. Estimated loss $500.

On Dec. 16 it was reported that an unknown person(s) committed criminal damage by shattering the rear window of a Dodge Avenger that was parked outside the residence located at 930 S. Picacho St. using a large piece of concrete. Estimated loss $500.

On Dec. 13 it was reported that sometime between Dec. 9 and Dec. 13 an unknown person(s) entered the residence located at 438 W. Bealey Avenue and stole a Taurus revolver. Estimated loss $392.

On Dec. 13 it was reported that an unknown woman shoplifted a pair of gray Gilden men’s slippers and a package of purple Sentry flat cord headphones from the Family Dollar, 555 N. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $9.
