Arrests & Citations
On June 9 Kale Wilson, 26, was arrested on charges of drug paraphernalia possession, possession of narcotics and operating a vehicle without an interlock device following a traffic stop that occurred in the 500 block of West Palo Verde Avenue.
On June 8 Ruben Tristan, 39, was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia and Marijuana possession following a traffic stop in the area of North Main Street and East Central Avenue.
On June 1 Jason Ashcroft, 37, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia outside the Dollar General, 1797 S. Arizona Blvd.
On June 8 Rhett Porter, 30, was arrested on charges of unlawful use of means of transportation, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said he reportedly drove off in a 2007 black Dodge Charger from 280 N. Washington St without the owner’s consent.
On June 3 Christopher Mack, 24, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred at the intersection of East Martin Road and North Picacho Street.
On June 6 Cody Mingle, 27, was arrested for two valid and confirmed city of Coolidge warrants after officers were dispatched to the area of 373 E. Broadway Ave. for a disturbance.
On May 25 charges were filed against Lawrence Garcia, 30, for possession of a prescription pill without a prescription following a traffic stop that took place at West Lindbergh Avenue and North Arizona Boulevard.
On May 31 Douglas Peshlakai, 26, was arrested on charges of domestic violence aggravated assault after police said he reportedly struck his girlfriend multiple times at one of the residences located at 523 N. Main St.
Theft, Burglary & Criminal Damage
On June 4 it was reported sometime between 3:35 p.m. on June 3 and 3:35 p.m. on the 4th that an unknown person broke the water control gate to one of the canals located in the area of West Vah Ki Inn and North Macrae Roads. Estimated loss $10,000.
On June 4 it was reported that an unknown man shoplifted five 25 ounce cans of Four Loko alcoholic beverage from Circle K, 1541 N. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $16.85.
On June 7 it was reported that on June 6 two women shoplifted five spray paint cans and a gallon of ice cream from Walmart, 1695 N. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $11.77.
On June 9 it was reported that an unknown person driving a black Chevy Tahoe with black rims backed into a 2008 Chrysler Sebring that was parked along 9th Street near the intersection of Northern Avenue and fled the scene.
On June 4 it was reported that sometime between June 2 and June 3 an unknown person driving an unknown make and model vehicle hit a 2017 Nissan Altima that was parked in front of 561 W. Harding Ave. and fled the scene. In addition, the Altima deep scratches in the paint along the driver and passenger doors. Estimated loss $1,000.
On June 8 it was reported that sometime between June 5 at 5 p.m. and the 8th at 7:55 a.m. an unknown persons(s) threw a rock at the front entrance of the Pinal County Election Department, 188 S. Main St., shattering the glass window above the door. Estimated loss $500.
On June 4 it was reported that an unknown person tampered with the window on a 2000 Buick Century that was parked in the area of 1100 N. Sonora Loop, resulting in the window becoming inoperable. Estimated loss $200.
On June 6 it was reported that an unknown man broke a mailbox belonging to the business located at 344 W. Coolidge Ave. and threw rocks at the truck that was parked inside the fenced area. Estimated loss $500.
On June 6 it was reported that an unknown man shoplifted an 18 pack of beer and a bag of Doritos from Circle K, 495 S. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $23.57.
On June 1 it was reported that three unknown juveniles shoplifted approximately 7 Four Loko alcoholic beverages from Circle K, 1541 N. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $23.46.
On May 29 it was reported that an unknown person(s) stole a 9 millimeter SCCY handgun and a black leather holster from a 2014 Jeep Patriot that was parked at Dreamline Motors, 381 S. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $302.61.
On May 28 it was reported that an unknown person driving a white pickup truck in the area of A Storage Place, 1551 N. Arizona Blvd. collided with another vehicle that was exiting the driveway of the business and then fled the scene. Estimated loss $1,500.
On May 28 it was reported that an unknown person riding a bicycle failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a vehicle traveling in the intersection of Central Avenue and Main Street. Estimated loss $250.
