Arrests

Sept. 15

  • Isaiah Hernandez, 21, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear and no Arizona driver’s license.
  • Dean Brown, 34, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Alejandro Puebla-Rodriguez, 51, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs and transporting narcotic drugs for sale.
  • Charles Black, 39, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent schemes and theft.
  • Sonia Marquez, 33, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault and domestic violence disorderly conduct.

Sept. 16

  • Michael Mata, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, false reporting of an emergency to cause an action and possession of narcotic drugs.

Sept. 17

  • Wesley Forsyth, 54, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Donald Brown, 31, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence disorderly conduct.
  • Andres Montez, 35, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic violence and domestic violence criminal damage.
  • Michael Mena, 40, was arrested on suspicion of false reporting to law enforcement and a failure to appear warrant.
  • Eddie Pavon, 65, was arrested on suspicion of forgery and fraudulent schemes.
  • Noemi Vasquez Cervantes, 29, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Tyler Starzl, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and possession of weapon during a drug felony offense.
  • Dustin Brown, 26, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jarrod Powell, 27, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a deadly weapon during a drug felony offense.

Friday

  • Belen Alphus, 34, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
  • Jerry Sipes, 47, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs.
  • David Phipps, 36, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs.

Saturday

  • Victoria Lopez, 33, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence disorderly conduct.

Monday

  • Michael Rosario-Harris, 33, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault and domestic violence disorderly conduct.

Burglaries/thefts/vandalism

Sept. 15

  • A burglary was reported in the 1500 block of East Viola Drive.
  • A theft was reported in the 1400 block of North Gilbert Avenue.
  • A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Markley Drive.
  • A burglary was reported in the 1500 block of North Gilbert Avenue.

Sept. 16

  • Criminal damage was reported in the 1100 block of East Arivat Avenue.
  • Criminal damage was reported in the 1000 block of North Promenade Parkway.
  • A burglary was reported in the 1100 block of North Henness Road.

Friday

  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Cottonwood Lane.
