Arrests

Sept. 29

  • Rickey Peyton, 42, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit card.
  • Manuel Lopez, 46, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Emal Lomax, 21, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Martin Velasquez, 24, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence threatening.
  • Jacqueline Hahn, 39, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence interfering with a judicial proceeding.

Sept. 30

  • Letricia Sopha, 35, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence interfering with a judicial proceeding and false reporting to law enforcement.
  • Nicholas Martinez, 22, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
  • Joanie Johnson, 35, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Andrew Gonzales, 33, was arrested on a warrant.

Oct. 1

  • Alex Velasquez, 18, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of prescription drugs and theft.
  • David Solt, 50, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Suzanne Garvin, 42, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, driving on a suspended/revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Friday

  • Seth Bronson, 27, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more and DUI, liquor/drugs/vapors/combo.
  • Francisco Felix, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, excessive speeding, failure to yield half road to opposing drivers, reckless driving and unlawful flight from law enforcement vehicle.

Saturday

  • Marcella Gamez, 38, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, entering a residence, burglary of a residential structure, criminal damage and disorderly conduct, fighting.
  • Garrett Frank, 31, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, failure to appear, a warrant and possession of marijuana.
  • Jennifer Ruiz, 36, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft from a vehicle using master key.

Sunday

  • Melanie Coberley, 42, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Dominic Tuiteleleapaga, 30, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant.
  • Myriah Hernandez, 32, was arrested on suspicion of failure to pay fines and shoplifting.
  • Joe Rodriguez, 56, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault and domestic violence disorderly conduct.

Burglaries/thefts/vandalism

Sept. 29

  • A burglary was reported in the 100 block of North Florence Street.
  • A burglary was reported in the 300 block of North Peart Road.
  • Credit card fraud was reported in the 900 block of East Florence Boulevard.
  • A burglary was reported in the 1100 block of East Sixth Street.
  • A burglary was reported in the 1700 block of North Mandeville Lane.
  • A theft was reported in the 1600 block of North Trekell Road.
  • A theft was reported in the 800 block of North Henness Road.

Sept. 30

  • A theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Florence Boulevard.

Oct. 1

  • A theft was reported in the 700 block of East Laurel Drive.

  • A burglary was reported in the 400 block of West Kortsen Road.
  • A burglary was reported in the 200 block of West Viola Street.

Sunday

  • A theft was reported in the 1700 block of East Florence Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported in the 800 block of East Jimmie Kerr Boulevard.

  • A drug offense was reported in the 1500 block of North Trekell Road.
  • A drug offense was reported near North Pinal Avenue and West Ninth Street.

  • An aggravated assault was reported in the 400 block of East Doan Street.

  • A drug offense was reported in the 2300 block of North Pinal Avenue.
