The Eloy Fire District responded to the following calls for the week ending Oct 6th, 2019. The district also responded to 2 calls from an outside agency for assistance.
At 9:30 pm am in the 3000 block of W. Milligan Rd. E521 was dispatched for a Fire alarm activation. While en route to the call the crews was cancelled by the alarm company. Crews returned to quarters
At 11:12 am in the 5000 block of W. Posse Dr. EN522, HM522 and BC521 Responded for a possible gas leak from a Natural gas meter. EN522 arrived on-scene and made contact with the caller. EN522 had the area evacuated and began metering the area. Units found a leak on the side of the residence and Southwest gas was contacted to respond. Crews Remained on-scene until SWG arrival in which they assisted until the leak was stopped. Units then cleared
At 4:58 am in the 4000 Block on N. Toltec Rd. EN522 and BC521 was dispatched for a Vehicle fire next to a structure. EN522 responded and immediately noticed a fully involved vehicle fire and began extinguishing on their arrival. EPD assisted with vehicle and owner information. An investigator was notified as this fire was deemed suspicious. Units determined all hazards where mitigated and cleared scene.
At 6:52 pm on Interstate 10 Eastbound E521 was dispatched to a vehicle fire. DPS advised no vehicle fire but would like units to continue EN521 arrived on-scene to find the vehicle had broken down. Crews checked the vehicle for any signs of heat with the thermal Imagining Camera and found not sign of excess heat anywhere on the vehicle. Oil had leaked from the vehicle which crew mitigated before the tow truck arrived. Crews cleared and return to quarters.

Station One ran 31 Medical related calls and 1 Motor Vehicle Accidents.
Station two ran 15 Medical related calls and 2 Motor Vehicle Accident.
There were 8 reported public assistance service call responded to.
