The Eloy Fire District responded to the following calls from May 30 to June 9:
At 9:04 p.m. in the 3000 block of North Catalina Drive, Engine 522 responded to a structure fire and found a storage shed fully involved in fire. Crews deployed lines and protected exposures and extinguished the shed and a tree. Crews completed mop up and cleared the scene.
At 1:49 p.m. in the 3000 block of North Thistle Drive near Highway 79, Brush 521 was called to assist in a reported wildfire threatening some homes. The crew arrived on scene and extinguished the fire on the south side of the incident. Brush 521 completed mop up and then returned to quarters.
At 2:11 p.m. at in the area of Sunshine Boulevard and Greene Reservoir Road, two crews responded to a semi-truck fire and found a pickup with a trailer attached in the area of a large debris fire. The truck was not involved and no one was injured or trapped inside the vehicle.
At 9:46 p.m. in the 4000 block of East Highway 84, two units responded to a fire alarm activation and found a water flow alarm going off. Crews inspected the sprinklered buildings and found no issues.
At 7:20 p.m. in the 3000 block of East Blair Road, Engine 521 was dispatched for a vehicle fire and found two large vegetation piles on fire. The owner had a burn permit and was conducting a controlled burn.

• Station 1 ran 71 medical-related calls and four motor vehicle accidents.
• Station 2 ran 38 medical-related calls and three motor vehicle accidents.
• There were five reported public assistance service calls responded to.
