The Eloy Fire District responded to the following calls for the week ending Aug 25th, 2019. The district also responded to 2 calls from an outside agency for assistance.

Aug. 19

At 4:27 pm in the 400 block of N. Washington St. E521 responded to a Non-Injury Accident with power lines down. EN521 Crew arrived to find a vehicle had hit a light pole knocking the power wires down. Crews along with EPD secured the area and awaited APS’s arrival.

Aug. 20

At 9:30 pm in the 1000 Block of N. Palo Verde St. EN521 was dispatched for a Propane leak on a BBQ grill. EN521 secured the area. The tank was secured closed and determined no other hazards were present. EN521 metered the area for additional precaution. EN521 cleared the scene and returned to quarters.

Aug. 21

At 5:56 pm in the area of Alsdorf and Tyron. Brush 522 for a brush fire in the area. While responding Eloy PD was in the area unable to locate. Brush 522 was cancelled and returned to quarters as this call was unfounded.

Aug. 22

At 9:51 pm in the area of McCartney and Cox rd. Brush 522 was requested mutual-aid with Casa Grande Fire for a brush fire. BR522 arrived on the scene and assisted CGFD as needed. BR522 was released from the incident and returned to quarters safely.

The Eloy Fire District responded to the following EMS calls for the week ending Aug 25:

Station One ran 39 Medical related calls and 2 Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Station two ran 14 Medical related calls and 2 Motor Vehicle Accident.

There were 2 reported public assistance service call responded to.
