At 10:14 a.m., Engine 521 responded to a fire alarm in the 4000 block of East Colt Drive and found an alarm had activated due to burnt food on a stove. The smoke was cleared and the alarms were reset.
At 12:55 p.m., Brush 521 responded to the area of 11th and Curiel streets and extinguished a brush fire.
At 4:19 p.m., Engine 521 and Hazmat 522 responded to Interstate 10, milepost 219 and found a vehicle on the side of the highway with a punctured fuel tank. Firefighters stopped the leak and sprayed down the road.

The Eloy Fire District responded to the following emergency calls for the week ending March 31:
• Station 1 ran 36 medical-related calls and three motor vehicle accidents.
• Station 2 ran 14 medical-related calls and two motor vehicle accident.
• There were four public assistance service calls responded to, and the district also responded to two calls from an outside agency for assistance.
